The Network
Mapping

Using 2D nets from the magazine I mapped them to a cube (Cubemap), referenced them to a material (Phong), and rendered them with a geometry (Geometry/Light/Camera). This is how I produced the 3D versions of the desired objects.  

Gesture Tracking

To manipulate the size and rotation of the objects I used mediapipe gesture tracking and transform nodes. Using Math Chops allowed me to fine tune the range of data that the gesture tracking produced and Lag Chops to smooth out the animation.
